Monthly fruit and vegie swaps - Newport and Altona
Fermenting Fridays - Kombucha (fermented tea), kefir (like yoghurt), kimchi (Korean spiced vegies), sourdough bread, dosas (Indian pan fried bread made of fermenting lentils and rice!), yoghurt, sourdough experiments, vinegar, kvass and pickled nasturtium buds.
Local Harvest - A new website - a national directory of local food providers, from fruit and vegie collectives to pick your own farms, to food swaps and more.... www.localharvest.org.au
