Fermenting Fridays - Kombucha (fermented tea), kefir (like yoghurt), kimchi (Korean spiced vegies), sourdough bread, dosas (Indian pan fried bread made of fermenting lentils and rice!), yoghurt, sourdough experiments, vinegar, kvass and pickled nasturtium buds.
